We closed on our first property on February 9th, 2024. I went to Cleveland this week to check out the renovations that we had done and to see the property in person for the first time! I was happy that I was able to connect with Tony Prater while I was there and to show him the after renovation version of the home. If there is one thing that comes authentic to me, it’s connecting with people. And I feel that’s what real estate investing is, connecting with others and being open to possibility. There was a time when we felt a lot of resistance to the process, a lot of fears. And then we reached a point where we said it was do or die. If we didn’t move forward with the property we had under contract (this home) then we likely wouldn’t be moving forward at all with investing in the states. We knew we had enough knowledge and more than enough tools at our fingertips that it was time. Nothing was standing in our way. Honour the speed at which you progress and keep going. Keep doing the things that will move your business forward. One day I will look back at this moment of time and think to myself, "remember when it took us 1.5 years to get our first house and now we get multiples houses a month"?! Leverage and growth is one of my goals here. A BIG thank you to Kyle Duelund and Janie Grenier for the mentorship and everything that comes with it to fully be successful in investing in the US!!!

When is the EPIC Bus Tour?
The two-day Bus Tour runs November 14–15, 2026 in Cleveland, Ohio. Extra Access participants begin on Friday, November 13, with pickup at approximately 12:30 PM for an exclusive experience starting at 1:00 PM.
Is this only for Canadians?
No. The Bus Tour is designed for anyone who wants to invest in U.S. real estate remotely — whether you're investing across state lines or across an international border.
What's the difference between General Admission and Extra Access?
Both include the full two-day Bus Tour, breakfast and lunch, snacks and beverages, and the Roadmap to Your 1st U.S. Property e-book. Extra Access adds the Friday extra-market half day, two private dinners, four hotel nights at the Sheraton, two implementation group coaching calls, two accountability calls with a JK Coach, a Golden Ticket (private call with Kyle), a Diamond Ticket (private call with Janie) and Deal Butler property finding service for one property.
Is accommodation included?
Extra Access includes four hotel nights at the Sheraton in Eastlake, approximately 8 minutes from the event venue. Check-in is Thursday, November 12 and check-out is Monday, November 16, 2026. Individual participants receive one private room. Accommodations are not included with General Admission.
What type of room will we receive?
If you attend with your spouse or business partner, you share one room. Couples may request one king bed, and business partners may request two queen beds. Room configurations are subject to hotel availability.
Is airfare or transportation included?
No. Participants are responsible for their airfare, airport transfers and their own transportation to and from the venue on Saturday and Sunday. Breakfast and networking start at the venue at 8:00 AM, and the Bus Tour runs from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The only exception is Friday for Extra Access participants: we pick you up at your hotel for the extra-market experience and drop you back at the hotel after dinner.
Can I bring my spouse or business partner?
Yes. When your second participant is your spouse or a verified business partner, their Extra Access ticket is 50% off and they receive the full Extra Access experience alongside you, sharing your hotel room. This offer cannot be transferred to another guest. The 50% discount applies to Extra Access only — there is no partner discount on General Admission tickets.
Can I combine the Bus Tour with the Cashflow Blueprint?

What is the refund policy?
All sales are final. If an unforeseen circumstance prevents you from attending, contact our team. Depending on the circumstances and availability, we may be able to transfer your registration to a future experience.
